Jim Caron Presenter

Began undergraduate engineering studies attending the University of South Carolina.   Graduated from Southern Technical Institute in Marietta, Ga, a division of the Georgia Institute of Technology, with a Bachelors in Architectural Engineering in Building & Construction Management. Worked on such projects as the Cincinnati and San Antonio Airports, renovations of the stadiums at the University of Georgia and South Carolina;  Asian & Olympic Games Stadium Roof Designs in Seoul Korea; Tropicana Field Roof Design in St. Petersburg, FL (world's first cable supported fabric roof structures); Shamu Stadium & Penguin Encounter at Sea World in Orlando, FL; the Wimbledon Practice Tennis Facilities at Wimbledon; Miami Heart Institute.

Affiliate member of the AIA Orlando Chapter.  Member of the AIA Orlando Chapter Annual Golf Tournament Committee since it’s inception in 1989. Industry Member of the CSI Orlando Chapter. Professional Member of the US Green Building Council   Since 1982 has been a architectural and technical representative for construction products manufactured by; Reynolds Metals Company, Dow Corning Corporation, Georgia Pacific, James Hardie, Laticrete International, Aqua Mix Inc., Floor Gres Ceramics, Gail Architectural Ceramics, SunTouch Noble Company, Blanke Corporation, StonePeak Ceramics, Solomon Colors, Scratches, CADD Centers of Florida and Mapei Corporation.
